What are Delinquent Taxes?
Delinquent taxes are caused by the failure to pay tax liabilities before the specified deadline. Taxes that remain delinquent are subject to penalties, interest, and legal action.

The York Adams Tax Bureau may enter into written agreements with any taxpayer under which the taxpayer is allowed to satisfy liability for any eligible tax in installment payments if the bureau determines that the agreement will facilitate collection.
