Get remote support from YATB I/T Personnel

YATB will, in special cases, work remotely with a taxpayer who is having a problem with an online filing service provided by this bureau. We use an industry standard tool, TeamViewer, to obtain temporary, secure, remote access to your computer.

Clicking "Get Started" will direct you to the TeamViewer site to download a small application file called "TeamViewerQS_x64.exe". Once downloaded, you can open the application to start the remote support session.

When the session starts, our agent will need the ID and password provided by the QuickSupport application. Never EVER share those pieces of information with anyone but a York Adams Tax Bureau I/T team member.

Once our work together has completed, you can delete the "TeamViewerQS_x64.exe" file from your computer.
